We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Female Accounting assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, assisting in the preparation of financial statements, and ensuring accuracy and compliance of accounting documents.
Responsibilities:
Manage and process financial transactions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and expense reports.
Assist with the preparation of financial statements and documents such as balance sheets, income statements
Ensure accuracy and compliance of accounting documents and financial statements.
Liaise with clients and vendors to resolve any accounting discrepancies or issues.
Provide support to the accounting team in day-to-day tasks and special projects as needed.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Zoho Books accounting software is a plus.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
