Position: Accounts Assistant (with Tele sales Experience)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Assistant with Tele sales experience, preferably Arabic-speaking, to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in accounting and finance, combined with excellent communication skills to support client interactions and telesales activities. Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
Minimum 2-3 years of accounting/finance experience
Prior experience in tele sales, client communication, or customer service
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
Strong numerical and analytical skills
Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency preferred)
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities:
Assist in day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and expense tracking
Prepare and maintain financial records, invoices, and reports
Support month-end and year-end closing processes
Coordinate with clients through telesales and follow-up calls to promote services and manage account-related queries
Maintain accurate client and sales records in databases
Collaborate with sales and finance teams to ensure smooth payment collections and reporting
Provide administrative and financial support for audits and compliance requirements
Contribute to achieving sales targets through proactive client engagement
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
