Job Description

Responsibilities:Handle the complete cycle of sales invoice preparation, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to customers while maintaining proper documentation and filing systemsServe as the primary liaison with shipping and forwarding agencies, coordinating shipments, managing documentation, and resolving any discrepancies to ensure efficient logistics operationsMonitor and maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing stock movements, reconciling inventory data with physical counts and reporting any variancesPerform daily data entry in Tally, including all financial transactions, ensuring the system is consistently up-to-date and accurately reflects the company's financial positionConduct daily cash reconciliation, maintaining accurate records of cash receipts and payments, and preparing daily cash position reportsPerform regular bank reconciliations, identifying and resolving any discrepancies between bank statements and internal records while ensuring all transactions are properly recordedRequired SkillsBachelor's degree in commerce, Accounting, or related fieldMinimum 2 years of experience in a similar roleProficiency in Tally softwareStrong knowledge of accounting principles and practicesExperience with inventory management systemsExcellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entryStrong organizational and time management skillsEffective communication abilities, both written and verbalAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProblem-solving skills and proactive approach to workStrong reconciliation skills and experience in handling cash transactions
