Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant with hands-on experience in SAP to support the finance team with daily accounting and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have a sound understanding of accounting principles and a working knowledge of SAP ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities:



Enter and process invoices, payments, receipts, and journal entries in SAP. Assist with daily bookkeeping and maintaining accurate financial records. Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in SAP. Support monthly and year-end closing activities. Prepare and submit VAT returns and other statutory filings. Monitor accounts payable and receivable transactions in SAP. Assist in generating financial and management reports from SAP. Liaise with vendors, customers, and internal departments regarding financial queries. Maintain organized records of financial documents and ensure compliance with company policies.

Requirements:



Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Proven experience using

SAP

in a similar accounting role. Good knowledge of accounting standards and financial procedures. Strong Excel skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
