Recording of supplier invoices and cash transactions in the system.
Assisting accountant in invoicing, petty cash management and other basic accounting related works.
Assisting accountant in all aspects of company's financial transaction, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger and bank reconciliations if needed.
Liaising with clients and suppliers.
Performing basic office tasks, such as filling, answering phones, processing the mail & etc
Providing overall support to the accounts department.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in accounting and administrative roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using accounting software and advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
Familiarity with Monday.com and sage is an advantage.
Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Excellent time management skills.
