Job Description

1. Knowledge in RFID Card Printing 2. Manage day to day accounting activities of the company, vendor payments, receivables, and month end closing 3.. Knowledge with Documentation Processes, Distribution and Management 4. Generates daily time sheet for Maintenance personnel 5. Knowledgeable in all Office Application (Word, Excel, Power Point and Microsoft Outlook) 6. Provides administrative support for the warehouse including processing shipment returns, processing requisitions, reviewing and processing invoices for payment, scheduling deliveries and pickups, preparing reports, and coordinating special projects, performs general office duties including filing and answering phones. 7. Process payments and documents such as invoices, journal vouchers, receipt vouchers, employee reimbursements, and statements. Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED3,500.00 to AED4,000.00 /month Experience:
