We are hiring an Accounts Assistant to support our accounting operations in Beacon Real Estate. The role involves updating ledgers, clearing bank statements, organizing paperwork, and maintaining accurate financial records for tenant accounts. Ideal for someone organized, reliable, and familiar with basic accounting procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Update and maintain general ledgers
Clear and reconcile bank statements
Update tenant books and ensure accurate record-keeping
File, scan, and organize financial documents and paperwork
Assist the accounting team with routine administrative tasks
Help with document preparation for audits and internal reviews
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of accounting or bookkeeping
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Experience with Excel or accounting software preferred
Ability to manage confidential financial records
Clear communication and follow-up skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
