AJ Industries is seeking a detail-oriented and qualified
Accounts Assistant
to join our finance team in Ajman. The ideal candidate should have a background in accounting and be capable of handling day-to-day accounting tasks and preparing
MIS reports
.
Important Note:
Candidates who are
Malayali or Tamil speakers are not eligible
for this position. We are looking for candidates with strong English and/or Hindi communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in daily accounting operations including data entry, voucher preparation, and bank reconciliations
Manage accounts payable and receivable
Support month-end and year-end financial closing
Prepare accurate and timely
MIS (Management Information System) reports
Maintain records and documentation as per company policies
Coordinate with auditors and ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations
Provide administrative support to the finance department as needed
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
(mandatory)
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting (UAE experience preferred)
Proficiency in accounting software like Tally, QuickBooks, or similar
Strong knowledge of Excel and ability to prepare MIS reports
Excellent communication skills in English (Hindi is a plus)
Candidates who
speak Malayalam or Tamil will not be considered
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Ajman: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
