Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant Assistant to join our finance team. In this role, you will support the day-to-day accounting functions, including bookkeeping, financial reporting, payment follow-ups, and account reconciliations. Your work will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial records, supporting project accounting, and maintaining compliance with internal policies and accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in daily bookkeeping and accounting operations Support month-end and year-end account closing activities Prepare and analyze financial statements, including profit & loss, cash flow, and profitability reports Monitor and manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, and post-dated checks Prepare financial reporting packages for management Support project accounting, cost tracking, and feasibility analysis Follow up on outstanding payments to ensure timely collections Maintain accurate and organized financial records

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Minimum 2 years of experience in an accounting role

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks or similar) Strong understanding of chart of accounts, inventory management, and project accounting

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
