About the role:
We're hiring an Accountant to handle day-to-day accounting for an auto repair/body shop in Abu Dhabi, ensuring accuracy and full VAT/WPS compliance. Automotive background is a plus, not a must.
Key Responsibilities:
Journal entries; AR/AP management; monthly bank reconciliations Invoicing (incl. insurance claims), collections, aging reports Review POs & supplier bills; basic inventory/cost checks Prepare P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow File VAT returns (FTA) and process payroll via WPS Monthly/year-end closing; coordination with management/auditors
Requirements:
Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance
Minimum 2 years' accounting experience
(UAE experience preferred
) Strong knowledge of VAT & WPS; solid AR/AP & reconciliations Proficiency inZoho Books
(or QuickBooks/ERP) andadvanced Excel
(pivot tables, XLOOKUP) Detail-oriented, organized, and deadline-driven??? ???????: ???? ????
