Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing and reviewing client invoices based on project milestones or work completion.
Monitor and analyze project-related expenses and cost allocations.
Track pending payments and coordinate with clients and internal teams for follow-ups.
Maintain up-to-date records of project budgets, actuals, and forecasts.
Support project teams with financial data and assist in cost control efforts.
Coordinate with the accounts department for monthly billing cycles and financial reporting.
Prepare summaries of project financial performance for management review.
Help reconcile accounts and address discrepancies related to project billing.
