Job Description

We are looking for an Accounts & Admin officer, who must have experience in Bahrain. Responsibilities Maintenance of complete books of Accounts Prepare and review LPO, Receipts, Payments, Deposits, Petty cash, Journal vouchers, Purchase invoices, sales invoices, Delivery note, Debit note, and credit notes etc... Reconciliation of Bank statements, petty cash, preparation of management account, Finalization and preparation of monthly trial balance etc.... Preparing VAT returns Able to lead accounts team prepare and review adjustment and closing entries, partners and related parties adjustments entries, consolidation of accounts, Balance sheet reconciliation and variance analysis etc.... Provide time to time information to the management and monthly P&L. Handling the LMRA visa application, CPR, GOSI and other admin related work etc... Preparing audit schedules and working closely with auditors Interested candidates please send CV
