Job Title: Accounting Advisory Manager - DubaiJob Summary: We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager for a prominent CA Consultancy Firm based in Dubai. The ideal candidate should be a Qualified Chartered Accountant with a minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience. This role involves overseeing financial operations, strategic financial planning, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.About the Organization:A well-established CA consultancy firm with a diverse portfolio, specializing in financial consulting, tax planning, and strategic financial management for a wide range of clients.Location: DubaiRoles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
- Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making
- Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards
- Manage a team of finance professionals
- Collaborate with clients to provide financial advisory services
- Periodic financial reporting to senior management
- Qualified Chartered Accountant with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience
- Strong financial management and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Proficient in financial software and MS Office
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
