Job Description

We are seeking a motivated professional who develops, implements, and manages corporate finance and accounting systems and procedures so as to ensure financial security for the corporation. Provide regular and accurate budgeting, estimation, and financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow). Highlight deviations and provide corrective recommendations. Provide recommendations and take corrective action in the event corporate finance and accounting procedures are not being adhered to, or are being subverted. At least 7 - 10 years of experience in the Construction / Manufacturing field in UAE. Must have a sense of lateral thinking for solving a problem using an unusual or creative approach to complete tasks on his/her own. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor of Finance or Accounting 2. Minimum 10 years of experience in Accounting 3. Minimum 5 years experience in Management Reporting Knowledge/ Skills and Abilities: 1. Knowledge of accounting software system - Accpac 2. Knowledge of payroll systems 3. Microsoft Office skills 4. Knowledge of electronic banking systems 5. Management and operation skills 6. Knowledge of Thai Labor Law 7. Written and spoken English skills 8. Communication skills RELATED TASK: Corporate Management Review personnel documents Review expenses claims/reimbursements Financial Sign invoice, receipt, and tax invoices Prepare monthly financial reports Verify cheque and petty cash payments Review monthly withholding tax returns Review monthly VAT returns Prepare mid-year Corporate Income Tax returns Prepare annual Corporate Income Tax returns Prepare write-off prepaid expenses Prepare accrued expenses Update fixed assets inventory list and calculate depreciation Deal with Revenue Department Officer Verify accounting entries Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
