- Maths and numeracy skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge of financial accounting. \xe2\x80\xa2 Computer literacy and working knowledge of relevant accounting software packages. \xe2\x80\xa2 In-depth understanding of financial reporting principles. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent organizational skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Great attention to detail. \xe2\x80\xa2 Analytical skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Timely allocation of cash receipts and ensuring cash flow forecasts are maintained. \xe2\x80\xa2 Responding to accounts receivable queries as and when required. \xe2\x80\xa2 Review and posting of invoices generated by business anits during the monthly invoice runs. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensuring final invoices are sent to clients on invoice date. \xe2\x80\xa2 Processing of credit notes and ensuring the required approvals are obtained. \xe2\x80\xa2 Monthly intercompany invoicing and reconciliation of intercompany loan accounts. \xe2\x80\xa2 Processing of various ad hoc journals related to the Accounts Receivable process.
