A multinational free zone company requires a qualified CPA qualified having 3-5 years of experience in accounting work.
This role reports to the Senior Finance Manager
Recording and posting of accounting entries in Accounting system (IFS Accounting system).
Cash management including payment and receipts processing (ex. petty cash, cheque, online bank transfer & payment).
Filing of VAT Return and related VAT reports and requirements.
Dealing with the suppliers, banks and auditors (internal and external audit).
Payroll payment processing.
Preparation of monthly, quarterly & annual accounting activities and financial reports.
Coordination and Financial reporting to Parent Company.
Maintaining accounting controls during review and processing of payments, recording of transactions, and recommending policies and procedures where appropriate.
Collects, analyzes and summarizes account information to facilitate decision making for management.
Other Accounting tasks as needed.
Others based on staff\xe2\x80\x99s requirements.
Qualification and Skills
With relevant graduate or bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree (Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Accounting).
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification required.
Minimum 3 years UAE experience in Accounting.
Advanced computer skills in MS Office especially in Excel & PowerPoint.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal & written).
Strong organizational and coordination with the ability to function in multi-cultural environment.
