:

A multinational free zone company requires a qualified CPA qualified having 3-5 years of experience in accounting work.

This role reports to the Senior Finance Manager

• Recording and posting of accounting entries in Accounting system (IFS Accounting system).

• Cash management including payment and receipts processing (ex. petty cash, cheque, online bank transfer & payment).

• Filing of VAT Return and related VAT reports and requirements.

• Dealing with the suppliers, banks and auditors (internal and external audit).

• Payroll payment processing.

• Preparation of monthly, quarterly & annual accounting activities and financial reports.

• Coordination and Financial reporting to Parent Company.

• Maintaining accounting controls during review and processing of payments, recording of transactions, and recommending policies and procedures where appropriate.

• Collects, analyzes and summarizes account information to facilitate decision making for management.

• Other Accounting tasks as needed.

• Others based on staff\xe2\x80\x99s requirements.

Qualification and Skills

• With relevant graduate or bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree (Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Accounting).

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification required.

• Minimum 3 years UAE experience in Accounting.

• Advanced computer skills in MS Office especially in Excel & PowerPoint.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal & written).

• Strong organizational and coordination with the ability to function in multi-cultural environment.

• Positive attitude, self-motivated and other preferred skills (ex. attention to details, deadline-driven, time management, flexible, adaptable, etc.)
