JOB DESCRIPTION: . Handle petty cash and other day-to-day transactions. . Preparing of Orders for delivery / coordinate with courier. . Logistics Experience, have knowledge in custom procedures. . Product assembling, labelling and packing of customer orders. . Monitoring/ordering of market supplies (boxes, labels, etc.) Manage stock system updating/count through Quick Books, purchase orders, adjustments to maintain accuracy and be responsible for it. . Preparation of Approval form for supplier payments. . Assisting in providing samples for request by medical representatives and keeping it updated at all times (recording & posting). . Update financial data in data base to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed, assist and provide support to senior accountant/accounts department. . Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports. REQUIREMENTS: Minimum of 2 years' UAE experience is a must. Can work under pressure, quick task performer and trust... worthy. Proficiency with computers (Word, Excel, Power Point) Professional manner, strong work ethic and can work under pressure. Ability to multitask and remain motivated and positive.
