Job Description
Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting and Finance Specialist to manage day-to-day financial operations, ensure compliance with local regulations, and support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle general accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and payroll.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations and company policies.
Assist with internal and external audits.
Provide financial analysis to support business decisions.
Collaborate with external vendors, banks, and auditors as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 2-5 years of accounting/finance experience.
Strong knowledge of international finance practices.
Very good English communication skills, both written and spoken.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CMA) is a plus.
