Job Title: Accountant

Reporting To: Finance Manager & Chairman

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal

candidate will have 4-6 years of hands-on accounting experience, preferably within the real estate or

property development industry. This role involves maintaining accurate financial records, preparing

reports, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations, and supporting the company's overall financial

health.

Key Responsibilities:

? Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, general

ledger, and bank reconciliations.

? Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.

? Monitor cash flow, revenue tracking, and expense allocations.

? Handle VAT calculations, filing, and ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations.

? Maintain records of real estate transactions, including lease agreements, commission payments,

and property development costs.

? Assist with audit preparations and liaise with external auditors.

? Support budgeting and forecasting processes.

? Ensure proper documentation and filing of accounting records in line with company policies.

? Use accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho, or ERP systems) efficiently.

? Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial workflows.

Requirements:

? Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.

? 4-6 years of accounting experience; experience in the real estate industry is preferred.

? Solid understanding of UAE accounting standards and VAT regulations.

? Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.

? Strong analytical and organizational skills.

? Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

? Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
