The Accountant and Office administrative Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day administrative operations and maintaining financial records of teh company. The role involves bookkeeping, handling office management tasks, supporting admin tasks, and ensuring efficient office operations.
Receive, check and maintain records of sales and purchase Invoices
Process and verify incoming Invoices, expenses and payments in a timely manner
Audit financial transactions and documents
Support Auditors during audits and provide necessary documentation
Ensure compliance with accounting and VAT regulations in the UAE
Strong working knowledge of standard accounting practices in the UAE including VAT compliance
Prepare Budget forecast and publish financial statements on time
Handle Monthly, Quarterly and Annual closing
Reports on the company's financial health and liquidity
Familiar with International Accounting principles and standards
Create and update expense reports and process reimbursement forms
Update google sheet regularly
Assist day-to-day office activities
Manage contact details for all customer accounts departments
Reconciliation of accounts
Proficient in MS Excel and accounting softwares like QB
