Job Description
Job Profile : IMPORT & EXPORT ORDER PROCESSING AND LC APPLICATIONS 1- Checking of Pro forma Invoice / Sales Contracts to find them in order for import order processing in case of Structural Steel, Wood and for any other items required by other unit companies as well. 2. Contacting overseas suppliers / local indenters in case changes required in pro forma invoice / sales contract issued in consult with CFO. 3- Preparation of LC applications and its checking as per UCP 600 terms including its manual typing as required for both manual submission and online submission in consult with CFO. 4- Follow up with banks to expedite issue of the LCs. 5- Drafting of LC amendment applications as required in consult with CFO. 6- Handling of copy documents of all incoming shipments and its interaction with overseas supplier or local indenter and our Logistics section. 7- Interaction with banks for timely issue of Document Arrival Advice against Import documents. 8. Manuel Export Documentation and related correspondence in selected cases. 9. Handling of Marine Insurance Including Its Correspondence With Insurance Companies on Import Shipments. 10. Handling of Tt Applications for All Companies in The Group. 11. Handling of Bank Guarantee Applications for The Group. 12. High Speed Manual Typing for Cheques, Manuel Invoices, Credit Applications from Local Suppliers for All as Required. 13. Handling of Mtcs Received on Import Shipments and Forwarding To Stores Section. 14. Interaction and Correspondence Support to Accounts, Logistics, Sales Team and Chemical Division. 15. Order Processing and Correspondence Support for Procurement of Any New Item for Import. 16. Preparing Correspondence of Specialized Nature (Banking, Shipping, Logistics and General Nature). Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED2,500.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
