to join our growing team in Dubai.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced

Accountant cum HR Officer

to handle the clinic's day-to-day accounting functions and HR operations. This dual-role position is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing both financial reporting and employee relations with professionalism and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting Duties

Manage daily accounting operations: data entry, bank reconciliations, invoicing, and petty cash. Prepare monthly financial reports, profit & loss statements, and VAT filings. Process payroll, overtime, commissions, and deductions Monitor accounts payable/receivable and follow up on outstanding payments. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software (e.g., Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar).

HR Duties

Handle recruitment, onboarding, employee contracts, and visa processing. Maintain employee files, attendance records, and leave balances. Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, WPS, end-of-service benefits, and insurance registration. Manage disciplinary procedures, warning letters, and resignation processes. Support team morale and internal communication as a bridge between staff and management.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field. 3+ years of experience in a similar dual role in the UAE. Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, payroll regulations, and VAT compliance. Proficiency in accounting software (Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar) and MS Excel. Excellent communication in English (Arabic is a plus). Trustworthy, discreet, and highly organized. Able to multitask and work independently.
