Prepare and examine financial records, reports, and statements.
Ensure financial statements comply with laws and regulations.
Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
Handle month-end and year-end close processes.
Manage accounts payable and receivable.
Prepare tax returns and ensure timely filing.
Support audits and liaise with external auditors.
Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial documents.
Maintain accurate documentation and filing systems.
Answer and direct phone calls and emails.
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when needed.
Assist in on boarding new employees and maintaining HR records.
Support bookkeeping and budget tracking tasks.
Handle confidential documents and information with integrity.
Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors.
Maintain a professional and organized office environment.
Knowledge about tally prime software is a must.
