Company Industry: Accounting & Tax Agency Location: Dubai, UAE Position: Accountant We are seeking a motivated Accountant to join our Accounting & Tax Agency in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate should have a degree in accounting or finance, and at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. Job Responsibilities:

• Managing and handling client relationships effectively. \xe2\x80\xa2 Providing guidance and advice to staff on non-routine report transactions. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assisting in the development and implementation of new procedures and features to improve departmental workflow. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensuring accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes. \xe2\x80\xa2 Timely reporting of all monthly financial information. \xe2\x80\xa2 Processing pay transactions accurately and on time. \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitoring and analyzing department work to identify opportunities for more efficient procedures and resource utilization while maintaining high accuracy. \xe2\x80\xa2 Acquiring and maintaining a comprehensive understanding of financial reporting and general ledger structure. \xe2\x80\xa2 Providing training to new and existing staff as required. \xe2\x80\xa2 Supporting budgeting and forecasting activities. \xe2\x80\xa2 Supervising clients\' general ledger to meet all financial reporting deadlines. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assisting management with special projects and workflow process improvements.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in finalizing accounts, preparing monthly MIS reports, and handling banking transactions. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to effectively interact with clients. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent MS Office skills and working knowledge of ERP systems (QuickBooks, Tally). \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong interpersonal and analytical skills, effective communication, and a team player. \xe2\x80\xa2 Semi-qualified CA/CPA/ACCA or postgraduate degree in Accounting/Finance with a minimum of 3 years\' experience in Accounting and Finance.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
