General Roles & Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger. Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, statements, and reports. Handle bank reconciliations, petty cash, and expense tracking. Monitor and reconcile daily sales transactions from POS systems. Assist with payroll preparation and ensure compliance with company policies. Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations, filing, and reporting. Liaise with external auditors, suppliers, and other stakeholders when required. Maintain proper filing of financial documents for easy retrieval and audit purposes.

Oversee general procurement activities

, including sourcing suppliers, obtaining quotations, preparing purchase orders, and ensuring timely delivery of materials. Monitor stock levels and coordinate with operations to maintain sufficient inventory without overstocking. Build and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure best pricing and quality. Perform other finance, procurement, and administrative tasks as required by management.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum 2-3 years of accounting and/or procurement experience, preferably in the F&B/restaurant industry. Knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and compliance. Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software. Strong negotiation, organizational, and analytical skills. Ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently and meet deadlines.
