Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced

Accountant cum Cashier

to manage financial transactions, maintain accurate accounting records, and handle cashiering duties efficiently. The ideal candidate will have strong numerical skills, proficiency in accounting software, and experience in handling cash and financial reporting in compliance with UAE regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and reconcile daily cash transactions from

multiple branch cashiers

. Verify and approve cash deposits, petty cash reimbursements, and daily Cash receipt Vouchers closing reports. Ensure all branch cashiers follow company policies and financial controls. Investigate and resolve cash discrepancies or irregularities. Assist in payroll processing, employee reimbursements, and petty cash management Verify and record daily cash payment / receipts and transactions in the accounting system. Maintain and balance cash ledgers, ensuring no discrepancies. Prepare consolidated

daily/weekly cash flow reports

for management. Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and other financial laws.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Minimum

3-5 years

of experience in accounting and cashier preferably in preferrably in retail, shipping and courier companies in UAE Proficiency in using accounting software and extensive skills in Microsoft Excel Familiarity with

UAE VAT laws

and financial regulations. High accuracy in financial data entry and reporting. Fluent in

English

(Arabic is a plus). Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
