We're seeking a detail-oriented individual to handle accounting and administrative tasks. You'll manage financial transactions, prepare financial statements, and provide administrative support to our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accounting:
- Prepare and review financial statements
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger accounts
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial records
- Administration:
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and arrange meetings
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in accounting in UAE
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero)
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
