We are looking for an Accountant with previous experience in Dubai to manage all financial transactions, from fixed payments and variable expenses to bank deposits and budgets and to compute taxes and prepare tax returns Responsibilities \xc2\xb7 Manage all accounting transactions \xc2\xb7 Completing analysis of the employee expenditures \xc2\xb7 Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll \xc2\xb7 Prepare budget forecasts \xc2\xb7 Publish financial statements in time \xc2\xb7 Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings \xc2\xb7 Reconcile accounts payable and receivable \xc2\xb7 Ensure timely bank payments \xc2\xb7 Compute taxes and prepare tax returns \xc2\xb7 Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements \xc2\xb7 Keeping a check on the company\xe2\x80\x99s finances based on financial status \xc2\xb7 Audit financial transactions and documents \xc2\xb7 Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary \xc2\xb7 Initiating and managing financial and accounting software used by the company \xc2\xb7 Comply with financial policies and regulations Requirements and skills \xc2\xb7 Work experience as an Accountant within U.A.E \xc2\xb7 Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) \xc2\xb7 Hands-on experience with accounting software like FreshBooks and QuickBooks \xc2\xb7 Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables \xc2\xb7 Experience with general ledger functions \xc2\xb7 Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills \xc2\xb7 BSc in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree \xc2\xb7 Additional certification (CPA or CMA) is a plus Job Type: Full-time Salary: From AED3,000.00 per month Application Question(s):
