Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities: -
Maintain accurate
financial records
, including ledgers, journals, and invoices. Manageaccounts payable and receivable
, ensuring timely payments and collections. Reconcilebank statements
and monitor daily cash flow. Preparemonthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
. Assist inbudget preparation
and financial planning. Ensurecompliance with accounting standards
and company policies. Handlepetty cash
, expense reimbursements, and audit suppor Prepare and issuepurchase orders (POs)
and maintain purchase records. Monitorinventory levels
and coordinate with the stock team for replenishment. Ensuretimely delivery
of goods and follow up on pending orders. Review and processsupplier invoices
for payment.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
