Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly bank reconciliations for multiple company accounts
- Identify and investigate discrepancies, ensuring timely resolution
- Record and update all bank-related transactions accurately
- Coordinate with internal departments and external banking partners to clarify unmatched items
- Ensure compliance with UAE VAT and other relevant financial regulations
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities
-Assist in audit preparations by providing clear reconciliation reports and documentation
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2-4 years of accounting experience, with?at least 2 years of UAE-based bank reconciliation work
- Solid understanding of UAE banking systems, local finance regulations, and reconciliation procedures
- Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar ERP)
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
