Job Description

:Key Responsibilities * Receive cash / credit card payments from cash customers and receiving cheques from Credit customers and posting in the AR system (account receivable) and ensure that proper allocation is done against cheques received by branch.

Receive advance payments (cash / cheques / credit cards) from customers and the same to be posted in the system. Posing of AR excess insurance policy to AR Accounts.
Reconcile daily cash / credit collectors with invoices daily transaction reports prepare deposit bank slips, arrange for depositing the same in the bank and post bank receipts in FMCS on-line system.
Segregate daily on-line reports, prepare daily batch header for cash and credit invoices and forward the same to Finance Department.
Maintain 2 years numerical invoice filing complete with Job card, LPO etc. for easy retrieval.
Ensure sublet and bought-out charges are posted to Job cards for charging the customer.
Maintain petty cash, prepare periodical statements take proper approval and forward the same to finance for petty cash replenishment.
Consolidate sub-contractors bills (e.g. sublet, machining, towing charges) every end of the month and raise LPO for payment to sub-contractors.
Handle customers with a cheerful disposition (at the cash counter) attend customer\'s enquiries in a polite and courteous manner.
Prepare monthly Attendance and Over Time sheet ( for the payroll input) for the branch
Any relevant ad-hoc duties and/or relevant special projects may be assigned by the Management.
