Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and assisting in the preparation of financial reports. The Accountant will play a critical role in the financial health of the organization by accurately tracking financial transactions, managing accounts, and analyzing financial data to support decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
Record all financial transactions and ensure they are properly categorized and documented.

Provide financial analysis and insights to help the management team make informed decisions. Accounts Payable and Receivable: Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payment of bills and accurate invoicing to customers.
Reconcile accounts to maintain accurate financial records.

  • Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an accountant, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and best practices.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems and manufacturing accounting processes is an advantage.
