Job Description
Finance Planning, Finance Modelling, Management of Bank Facilities for better utilization Responsible for verification for Import & Export LC terms, Import & Export Documentation, PDC Preparing and developing various weekly & monthly report for management meeting including: o Comparative Sales Report, Salesman wise Sales Report, ProjectWise Profitability Report etc. o Fund Flow Report, Upcoming month\xe2\x80\x99s payment, Expected Collection, Foreign Currency Requirement etc. o Ageing Report, Overdue Report, Bank Reconciliation Statement. Posting of monthly prepaid, provisions, and due accounting journal entries and preparation of financial position. Accountable for quarterly VAT return filling and guidance to team to comply for VAT provisions. Verifying all purchase transaction, Landing Cost, Profit Margin and processing the payment for suppliers Maintaining statutory books of accounts viz., journal, ledger, cash book and subsidiaries in compliance with accounting standards. Verification of Salary Sheet with attendance and processing WPS for all group companies Timely update to management for various laws and tax matters & to solve various issues/problems. Job Type: Full-time Salary: From AED2,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
