Job Description

TASKS: . Accounting of economic events according to Hungarian and US GAAP accounting and tax laws . Maintaining contact with suppliers and customers, reconciliation of balances / problemsolving . Receipt of supplier invoices, formal verification, account posting for accounting . Bookkeeping of supplier invoices according to Hungarian and US GAAP accounting and tax laws . Bookkeeping, reconciliation, and control of bank accounts, transfer accounts . Preparation of bank transfers in QAD and the bank interface . Customer accounting . Recording of miscellaneous receipts in the ledger, other administrative activities . Participation in monthly, quarterly and annual closings . Preparation of KSH statistics . Performing tasks related to SOX

EXPECTATIONS: . Specialized qualification (accounting studies) . MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Power Point) . At least intermediate knowledge of Excel (e.g. proficiency in using functions) . English language skills
