We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant with at least 2 years of experience in financial accounting. The role involves handling day-to-day accounting transactions, financial reporting, inventory-related aspects and assisting in month-end closing activities. The ideal candidate be

proficient in Tally Prime

. Tally working experience and VAT experience are a must for this role.

Job Profile:

Maintain accurate books of accounts in

Tally Prime

. Record daily accounting transactions including

receipts, payments, journal entries, and adjustments

. Prepare and reconcile

bank statements, supplier accounts

, and

customer ledgers

. Manage

accounts payable and receivable

, ensuring timely payments and collections. Oversee inventory tracking,

stock reconciliation

, and cost analysis. Prepare and manage

financial statements

, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Prepare and submit

monthly, quarterly

, and

annual financial reports

. Manage and submit

budgeting, forecasting, cost control

, and

variance analysis

activities.

Coordinate with production teams

to verify expenses and ensure accurate cost allocation. Handle

VAT filings, Corporate Tax filings, compliance

, and

other statutory

submissions. Assist in

audit preparation

and provide required financial data to auditors. Maintain proper documentation and support schedules for all accounting activities.

Requirements

Proficiency in Tally Prime (mandatory)

Bachelor's Degree

in Commerce, Accounting or Finance.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, VAT, and financial reporting

. Good command of

MS Excel including Pivot Tables

and Microsoft Office. Excellent

attention to detail

, organizational, and communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to

work independently to meet deadlines

and as part of a team. Experience as an accountant within UAE.: at least 1 year (Required) UAE Driving License (preferable)
