Key Responsibilities
Manage daily accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, invoicing, payments, bank reconciliations, and VAT-compliant tax invoice preparation.
Handle all accounting tasks within Tally, ensuring accurate bookkeeping, trial balance reconciliation, month-end closing, and assisting with year-end audits.
Develop and maintain financial dashboards and automation workflows using Node software to improve efficiency.
Prepare financial reports such as profit & loss statements, cash flow statements, and balance sheets tailored to rental operations.
Coordinate with operations on rental agreements, vehicle handovers, and documentation accuracy.
Ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards and VAT regulations.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (professional certifications are a plus).
Minimum of 1-3 years of accounting experience, preferably in the car rental, transportation, or automotive sectors.
Proficiency in
Tally
is mandatory.
Experience with
Node
software for automation, scripting, or integration is required.
Advanced Excel skills and a solid understanding of accounting principles, VAT, and UAE financial regulations.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
Immediate availability is preferred.
