Responsibilities
Manage accounts payable and receivable transactions.
Prepare financial statements, management reports, and bank reconciliations.
Perform
comprehensive reconciliations
including:
Bank accounts
Accounts Payable & Receivable
Payroll and employee expenses
VAT and Corporate Tax
General Ledger and sub-ledgers
Prepare and analyze balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and financial reports.
Handle VAT filing, corporate tax compliance, and coordinate with auditors for financial audits.
Use
Zoho Books
and
Microsoft Dynamics
for bookkeeping, reporting, and reconciliations.
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with UAE regulations.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis.
Ensure timely payroll processing and expense management.
Collaborate with management to support financial decision-making.
Requirements
Minimum
4 years of accounting experience

Proficiency in
Zoho Books & Microsoft Dynamics
.
Strong knowledge of
UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, financial reporting, and auditing
.
Must provide an
experience letter
from the previous company.
Fluent in
English
(spoken and written).
Proficiency in
Microsoft Excel
(pivot tables, advanced formulas).
Bachelor's degree in
Accounting, Finance, or related field

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
