Black & Grey HR is hiring for a client who is in the outdoor living solutions sector, specializing in pergolas, glass rooms, aluminum works, and custom outdoor structures. We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant with strong VAT/tax knowledge and hands-on experience in UAE accounting processes.



Responsibilities:

- Handle day-to-day accounting operations including payables, receivables, and reconciliations

- Prepare and submit VAT returns and ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations

- Manage tax filing, documentation, and regulatory requirements

- Prepare quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and related financial documents

- Maintain accurate financial records and assist with month-end closing

- Follow up on payments, outstanding invoices, and supplier accounts

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely financial reporting

- Support auditors with required documents and clarifications





Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

- Minimum 2 years of accounting experience in the UAE

- Strong knowledge of VAT filing, tax submission, payables & receivables

- Experience preparing quotations and basic accounting reports

- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel

- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

- Male candidate preferred

- Must be currently based in Sharjah or willing to commute
