  • Record, classify, and summarize financial transactions in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, monitoring cash flow, and overseeing collections, payments and bank reconciliations.
  • Ensure timely and accurate information is available to sales team to facilitate customer relationships and growth
  • Responsible for preparing accurate and timely financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and other financial statements.
  • Processing sales invoices, sales return, purchases, and purchase return entries in Tally ensuring accurate financial records are kept.
  • Updating old and new customer information and verify credit approval forms and documents for credit parties, ensuring the company can extend credit to reliable customers and minimize bad debt.
  • Verifying customer statements in Excel against the Tally software at the end of each month, find the differences and correcting them ensuring accurate financial reporting and enabling the company to make informed business decisions.
  • Ensuring payments are correctly adjusted against invoices and provide adjustment references to the accounts team, minimising discrepancies and errors ensuring accurate financial records.
  • Cross Checking for missing payments/receipts from the warehouse and ensure collection of cash.
  • Follow up on any outstanding payments, ensuring timely receipt of payments and reducing the company\'s outstanding accounts receivable balance.
  • Tax compliance: Prepare and file all tax returns, including VAT or any other applicable tax. Updated self on changes in tax legislation to ensure the company remains compliant and takes advantage of any applicable tax benefits or incentives.
  • Cost Analysis: Track and analyse expenses related to material, labour, and overhead costs. Help management to identify areas for cost reduction, improve efficiency, and maximize profitability.
  • Audit and Compliance: Coordinating and supporting internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
  • Payroll processing: Ensuring timely and accurate payment of salary and expenses to the employees in accordance with the company policies.
  • Complete the transactions in software with offices in RAK. Monitoring the inbound & outbound material.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, and financial institutions.
