Job Title: Accountant cum Admin Company: Spark Vision Building Cleaning Services and Building Maintenance Company Location: Sharjah Overview:
We are seeking a competent and experienced individual to join our team as an Accountant cum Admin for our Building Cleaning Services and Building Maintenance Company. This role requires a combination of accounting expertise and administrative skills to ensure smooth financial operations and efficient administrative processes within the company. Responsibilities: Financial Management:
  • Manage all aspects of accounting including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and financial reporting.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to provide insights for decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
  • Handle payroll processing, including tax deductions and employee benefits.
  • Proficiency in both Hindi and English communication for effective interaction with clients, vendors, and team members.
  • Utilize Tally software for efficient financial management.
  • Create invoices, statements of accounts (SOA), and other financial documents.
  • Track project costs, expenses, and profitability.
  • Conduct profit and loss (P/L) analysis to assess financial performance.
Bookkeeping and Record Keeping:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software.
  • Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow to optimize financial resources.
  • Manage petty cash transactions and expense reimbursements.
Administrative Support:
  • Oversee administrative tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails, and managing office supplies.
  • Coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for management and staff.
  • Assist in the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and maintaining HR records.
  • Manage correspondence and documentation, both physical and electronic.
Customer and Vendor Relations:
  • Act as a liaison between the company and clients/vendors regarding financial matters and administrative issues.
  • Resolve billing discrepancies and inquiries in a timely manner to maintain positive relationships.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers and service providers.
Regulatory Compliance:
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Assist in the preparation of documents for audits and regulatory inspections.
  • Stay updated on changes in accounting principles and regulations affecting the industry.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an Accountant or similar role, preferably in the cleaning services or maintenance industry.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proficiency in both Hindi and English communication for effective interaction with clients, vendors, and team members.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
