Job Title: Accountant Job Type: Full-time Location: Dubai & Sharjah Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles and practices, and be able to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team. The candidate should have experience in managing financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring the accuracy of financial data. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage financial records and ensure accuracy of financial data
- Prepare and present financial statements
- Perform monthly and yearly financial closing procedures
- Analyze financial data to identify discrepancies and provide recommendations for improvement
- Assist with budget preparation and analysis
- Monitor and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Prepare tax returns and other government reports
- Assist with audits and other financial assessments
- Bachelor\'s degree in accounting, finance or related field
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation preferred
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Bachelor\'s (Required)
- UAE Taxation: 2 years (Required)
- Accounting: 3 years (Required)
