Job Description
The Role
- Responsible for all accounts receivables that are recorded timely and properly . Responsible for all account's receivables transactions entered timely . Responsible for finalizing all accounting entries related to the General ledger, accounts receivables . Responsible for all transactions are adequately supported with required approvals . Responsible for coordinating sales orders and delivery orders with the sales team and customers services . Responsible for ensuring all customers' accounts balances are confirmed . Registration of PV's & JVs and Instalments . Filing . Registered Invoices & help with making payments Month End . Bank reconciliation on daily
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance . Certification in Accounting is desirable . Good MS office skills . Strong Accounting knowledge . Strong Teambuilding skills . English and Arabic language (preferred) . 2 - 5 years of related experience in accounting and reporting
