Full job description:

We are a Steel Contracting Company in Al Sajaa, Sharjah. We are looking for a Senior Accountant with contracting company accounting experience in Tally software with Cost Center. We have to manage Project Costing as well as Profit & Loss Account of the company.

Financial Reporting:

Prepare and analyze financial statements, Project Costing, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements in compliance with UAE regulations.

Project Costing:

Prepare the cost of each project and report the Profit/Loss Statement for each projects after the completion of the project.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

Develop and oversee budgeting processes, financial forecasts, and variance analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning.

Accounts Management:

Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments.

Tax Compliance:

Ensure compliance with UAE tax laws and regulations, prepare and file tax returns, and coordinate with external auditors during tax audits.

Financial Analysis:

Conduct financial analysis of the company and projects , assess financial performance, and identify areas for improvement or cost-saving opportunities within the production operations.

Audit Coordination:

Coordinate and assist in the annual external audit process, liaising with auditors to provide necessary documentation and explanations.

Internal Controls:

Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company expenses, assets, prevent fraud, and ensure financial integrity.

Cash Flow Management:

Monitor cash flow, prepare cash flow forecasts, and optimize cash management strategies to meet operational requirements.

Tally System Management:

Oversee the implementation and maintenance of Tally accounting software systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial data processing.

Regulatory Compliance:

Stay updated on changes in accounting standards, regulations, and reporting requirements relevant to the production industry in the UAE.
