Job Description
Qualification & Experience : 2 to 4 years of experience in the same role. Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent Female Required Saudi Nationality only Responsibilities : Responsible for ensuring that all expenses claim reviewed as per JJG policy and book it in the system, and post it after get it the required approval. Responsible for ensuring that not all petty cash custodian exceed the approved limit, and pay them the fund on time as per JJG policy, and to keep it updated in the system. Review and post subcontractor progress invoices related to a project, and keep truck as per contract. Review and post project accounts in the AX12 and keep it updated with all supported documents Maintains accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions. Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential. Answer inquiries from Subcontractor, Projects vendors, suppliers, employees, and research discrepancies. Prepare WIP/Projects report and keep projects information updated. Performs other duties as required to support Accounting Department. Job Type: Full-time Ability to commute/relocate:
