: The Management Accountant will look after the company's accounts, aid managerial planning and commercial decision-making tasks by providing appropriate financial information and undertaking related accounts administration. You will be recording and crunching numbers for internal and external review to help the CFO. Management Accountant performs a series of tasks to ensure the company’s financial security, handling essentially all financial matters and thus helping to drive the business’s overall management and strategy. Responsibilities:
Perform daily finance operation activities of the company:
Issue Sales Invoices
Collection of payments from clients via email /phone call/ site visits
Issue official receipts
Issue OPEX related purchase orders
Posting of supplier invoices related to OPEX
Initiate online bank transactions
Recording bank transactions
Replenishment of petty cash
Preparation of bank guarantee applications
Perform daily logistics and procurement activities of the company:
Receive shipments from supplier (verify the quantity, SKU and serial number)
Coordinate delivery to the customer via courier or transport company
Issue urgent project related purchase orders (Sundays only)
Posting of journal entries related to month-end closing activities, such as depreciation / amortization/ accruals
Prepare bank reconciliation at the end of the month
Calculation of WIP
Preparation of supporting schedules/reconciliations for Balance Sheet items
Liaise with bank
Assist with tax submission and responding to audit queries
Provide finance data to Sales team
Respond to queries from internal and external stakeholders
Handle other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
Professional qualification CPA/CMA/CIMA (SOCPA Member)
Audit experience with Big 4 preferred
Thorough knowledge of rules and application of VAT in KSA
Knowledge of Microsoft NAV is highly preferred
Knowledge of Project/Segment and Group Accounting
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Good organizational skills
Ability to understand complex business processes and activities
Flexible and structured work approach based on the job requirements
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate well with others and reconcile differences among resources/departments
Ability to speak and write in English and Arabic is required
Ability to manage high volume workload and tight deadlines
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Takes initiative and ownership of work
Self-motivated and enthusiastic
