Role Overview:

We are looking for a Full-Time Accountant with robust experience in VAT filing, Corporate tax compliance, and managing real estate-related financial activities. This role will also encompass overseeing WPS salary transactions, payroll, and performing various general accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations by managing records and preparing accurate VAT returns. Handle and process real estate financial transactions, including purchase and lease-related accounts. Administer WPS salary processing and manage monthly payroll operations. Maintain precise accounts receivable and payable records, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Assist in the preparation of financial reports and contribute to audit processes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline. 2-3 years of hands-on accounting experience (preferably in the real estate industry). In-depth knowledge of UAE VAT laws and corporate tax regulations. Proven experience with WPS salary processing and payroll management.
