to join our finance team in Ras Al Khaimah. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, preferably within the real estate or property management sector.
You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing day-to-day accounting operations, and ensuring compliance with UAE financial regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all day-to-day accounting transactions, including payables, receivables, and general ledger entries.
Handle property-related financial records, including commissions, rents, and service charges.
Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow and expenses.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and internal financial analysis.
Coordinate with auditors and ensure proper documentation for compliance.
Maintain proper documentation and filing for all transactions.
Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal teams on payment and billing issues.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of accounting experience in the UAE (real estate experience is a plus).
Solid understanding of accounting principles and UAE VAT regulations.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, or Zoho Books).
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong Excel skills and good organizational abilities.
Excellent communication skills (English required; Arabic is a plus).
