Accountant
with hands-on experience in
real estate accounting and GOAML compliance
to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including payables, receivables, and reconciliations.
Prepare financial statements, reports, and cash flow summaries.
Ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards and company policies.
Handle
GOAML registration, reporting, and AML compliance documentation.
Coordinate with auditors, management, and banks for financial submissions.
Maintain accurate records of commissions, property transactions, and escrow payments.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate or property management accounting.
GOAML experience is mandatory.
Strong understanding of VAT filing and UAE financial regulations.
Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Tally, Zoho, or similar).
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Salary:
AED 5,000 - AED 7,000 (based on experience)
