Accountant (real Estate Industry)
Job Description
Accounts payable and receivable management
Reconciliation of Banks, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable
VAT filings and management
Prepare month-end and year-end close processes
Coordinate and support internal and external audits
Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts
Monitor budget performance, providing variance analysis and explanations
Preparation of Reports as assigned
Requirements
Smart & Intelligent
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance (MBA, M.Com, ACCA, CA Inter)
1-2 years of accounting experience preferably in UAE Real Estate or Facilities Management industry
Advance MS Excel understanding Skills
Strong understanding of GL, accounting impacts, accruals, provisions etc
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
