Almaimana Accounting & Bookkeeping is seeking a qualified and detail-oriented

female Accountant

with

at least 1 year of UAE experience in real estate accounting

. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in property-related financial transactions, VAT compliance, and accounting software, along with strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day accounting related to

property sales, leases, commissions, and service charges

Maintain accurate

client and vendor ledgers

, ensuring alignment with UAE VAT laws Prepare

monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

Handle

bank reconciliations, payment tracking, and cash flow monitoring

Process

invoices, receipts, deposits

, and follow-up on outstanding balances Monitor

contract renewals, maintenance costs

, and other property-related expenses Assist with

budgeting and forecasting

for real estate projects Ensure compliance with

Ejari, RERA

, and other real estate regulations Support internal and external audits with accurate documentation Organize and maintain up-to-date accounting records and contracts

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

Minimum 1 year of UAE experience

in real estate accounting Familiarity with

RERA, Ejari system

, and property transaction workflows Strong knowledge of

UAE VAT laws

and accounting principles Proficient in accounting software such as

Tally, QuickBooks, or Zoho Books

Excellent command of English (Arabic is a plus) Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and organizational skills
